Why does my Surface RT get stuck on the please wait screen?

hello, my surface rt gets stuck on the "please wait" screen

hello, my surface rt gets stuck on the "please wait" screen. i have the recovery key. i do not have a recovery image or recovery drive. i have read there is a recovery image in the recovery partition but i dont know how to access that. any ideas?

Start Childrens Corner and disable like 5 min after, had to do it on Lumia
