Why does video playing stop and start intermittently?

why do video playing stop and start intermittently

during the playing of videos mostly adult a revolving symbol appears and the video stops playing.then a progressive percentage appears within the revolving symbol.sometimes the video will then restart only for the whole process to to be repeated time and time again.

Try reducing the quality in the player menu.... Your bandwidth is not keeping up with the feed.

I.E.: the player thinks you want HD quality and your data stream can only handle 360p.
