Why does Windows Central use so much memory in Edge? 4GB?!?

[Windows Central Question]

I was looking at my memory and shocked at how much was used. The version of Windows 10 I'm on now actually shows how much memory each tab is using. I went to Windows Central and left my machine for a while. It currently is using 3,814 MB!!! Almost 4 GB? My Visual Studio 2017 solution with 28 projects in it only uses about 1 GB at the moment. What's going on?

It maybe just edge being resource inefficient, do you have ublock origin installed?
