Why does WP load post form days ago in Internet Explorer 11 (Windows RT)?

site loads old posts from ie 11, windows rt

Whenever I hit wpcentral from my favorites, the top post is from days ago. I have to hit the windows central button on the top left to load The latest posts.
Any thoughts?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies and then loading the page?
