Why doesn't lumina 550 win 10 connect to ford Bluetooth

Lucia 550 has win 10 mobile as operating system. Bluetooth is not recognized by ford audio system so unable to use phone hands free in my car

I had problems initially, ended up holding my phone about 6 inches from the sync system and it finally paired. Later, I updated my sync system, had to re-pair the device. It worked from a normal distance after that.

My sync system conked out a month after successfully paring. It would not connect to my 550. I tried sync system reset, nothing. I read the last resort was to disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 min. Did it and it worked.

I have the same problem with my Lumia 550 and Fiesta. Did you manage to solve the problem?
