Why doesn't my Surface detect my password any longer after upgrading to Windows 10?

Surface detects password no longer after upgrating to Windows 10

Since I put Windows 10 on my SurfacePro3 he don't recognize my password. In the beginning there was no problem but its happend after a few day's.
Now I can"t use my Surface anymore. Anyone?
