Why don't apps show up in Show notifications from these apps in Windows 10?

Apps does not show up in "Show notifications from these apps" in Windows 10

The apps notification does not show up except for news and optional feature notification.

I have this same problem actually. Fresh install, can't see Mail or Calendar in the "show notifications from these apps" list.
