Why don't I have a start screen on my Lumia 620?

Start screen missing in my lumia 620

Hi

I have a Lumia 620, running the Lumia Cyan.

My start screen with the tiles does not show now. The app list is now the default start screen. I tried to reset the phone. It comes up after reset, but goes off after few hrs of use.

Any ideas?

Since you already did a reset this is the next step. It will install a fresh firmware and should fix things.

You should remove any old Nokia software on the PC before installing this to avoid conflicts.

May be someone unpinned all the tiles from your start screen when you kept your phone down. Then, only the app list would appear.
