Why don't I have a user account or anything on my screen?

No user account or anything on screen

I installed Windows 10 on my hp laptop and now I only show a picture of a window on left side and in bottom left is the shutdown circle. No user accounts came back at all or anything else on screen. All I can do is shut down or restart or put to sleep. Pleas if anyone can help me with this.
