Why don't I have color after the update?

updated now no color

Just received new Lumia 928, it called for an update to 8.1. After doing the update everything is now black and white even with me selecting the accent color. I also have no lock screen picture showing even though i selected one, lock screen is just black. I have tried turning it on/off multiple times, soft restart, re-doing the update? Not sure what happened bc when i did the update on my other 928 i still had color? Any help appreciated!

Go to SETTINGS > ease of access > switch off high contrast.
