Windows 8 cellphone emails have no HTML links or graphics.
I have a Windows 8 cellphone from HTC. 6+ weeks ago, there was a software upgrade. Since then, I am no longer able to get emails in HTML . I no longer have active links or graphics in any of the email accounts on my Windows phone. I have 4 different email accounts set up on the phone (gmail, corp. gmail, godaddy) and ALL of them have this problem. HTC says that it is not a hardware problem. Verizon says that it is not a carrier problem. HELP please!
