Why has my Microsoft Lumia 535 suddenly stopped working?

after enter password, screen become white and doesn't work. i restart my phone, turn off my phone, i removed battery and again put it in phone and restart my phone but screen is white. I can receive call but screen doesn't show anything.
please tell me the solution

Apologies for not being able to give you a solid answer about this.

If this were my phone I would use the "Lumia Software Recovery Tool" available here:
http://download.fds-ncom.nokia.com/...covery/NokiaSoftwareRecoveryToolInstaller.exe

If possible install the tool on a Windows desktop PC.
Let the tool update.
Follow the instructions from the tool.
Connect your phone to the PC to recover.

This will completely wipe the phone and you will have to start over as though the phone was new.
