Why has the installation of 8.1 update 1 developer preview stopped?

why has the installation of 8.1 update 1 developer preview stopped?

I was installing developer preview 8.1 update 1....
the package downloaded completely and the preparing to install was also 100% ...then the phone restarted... and then two wheels spinning screen came with a progress bar...which stops after a while...its been an hour now and the bar has not moved..........what to do now???? please help
