Gee, you be like in need of an Android phone dude!Damn where is my comment - i worte a big para.. Not sure anyways. I still want to make my point no buy until option for user to hide or avoid the tile only + all apps screen and choose a versatile windows desktop os like home screen where you can fill in with icons, interactive tiles, widgets etc and a task bar. I hate the limited WP homescreen
Because a phone with no apps and a buggy, half baked OS isn't worth $700+ when you can get a 640 for $50 and use the $650 to buy another phone to have apps.
My employer provides my phone, for up to $200 on-contract price (I pay anything over $200), and my upgrade is due in February.
Unfortunately, my employer is on Verizon, and right now the best WP they offer is the two year old HTC One M8. So I'll be crossing my fingers that a decent WP offering pops up on Verizon by February, or I'll go out on my own and find an Icon or something and wait to use my upgrade until something does come out.
Though, knowing Verizon, if they're not offering the 950 they probably won't offer the Surface phone either.
