why i am having trouble in signing in to my microsoft account from Lumia 630?

Windows Central Question

I am having trouble in sign in to my Microsoft account... bcz of that I could not update/download any app from the store... I have already checked the date and time.... suggest something else...PLZ HELLLPPPP
