Why I can't access my game? What did you ban my game?

First I could play more than one minute before my game clashed. I thought you may have some problem. But then I couldn't access my game at all and you never gave me any explanation. That's not fair as I don't think I did any thing wrong. My email : REMOVED. Please let me know.

Think! First of all, we don't even know what game you're talking about! You're being too vague!

Have you talked to the developer, the people who created the game? that's who you need to contact.
