Why I'm getting error 800703ed?

I recently purchased a Lumia 730. On playing music, sometimes I get an error saying "Can't play this file on your phone. Error Code: 800703ED".
And then no media plays on my phone and phone stops reading my SD Card. I've to remove and reinsert the memory card to make it function again.

Please help.

This failure code indicates that your phone has a problem reading your SD card.
Which brand and class SD card you use.

If your card is 16GB or less... make sure to format it FAT32. If 32GB or more, format it for exFAT. Or let your phone format it...It will put the format on there it needs.

Storage Sense > SD card > format SD card

Cards can go bad. If a reformat does not help, try a new card.
