Why is Chase Bank no longer supporting banking app on Windows Phone?

Using the Chase Bank app on Win Phone 920 today I got this notice: "! We will no longer support the Chase Mobile app for Windows Phone as of 3/22/2015 and this app has been removed from the Windows Phone Store."

What's up with this? Is Chase totally abandoning Win Phone? Or are they replacing the app? This is the one thing that might drive me away from Win Phone, even though I don't want to go!

They announced no plans to bring back the app in the future. ASUS ZenFone 2 is going to be $200... idk
