Why is Cortana doing random searchs like I'm asking her???

hello to all I dont know if your having the same problem as I am rigth now, since windows gave an update cortana has been acting up doing random searches.. I could be doing anything from gamin, streamin, or just AFK and she would just go " what.. i didnte quite get that" like if i would ask her to search something for me and its really getting on my nervs. If anyone has some kind of idea as to whats going on i would really appreciate your feedback to help me solve my problem.
