Why is it when I click the right screen on my desktop all the icons and taskbar disappear?

why when click right on desktop all the icons and taskbar Disappear ?

after updated graphics adapter to the latest update when i'm click right on the desktop every icons and the Taskbar disappear and black screen show up just for second .. I want to know The solution
