My lumia 520 Always restarting after windows 10 TP upgrade

My lumia 520 Always restarting after windows 10 TP upgrade when I want open programs. And I tried back to w8.1 with Windows Phone Recovery Tool but when installing starting my phone disconnected. Please can you help me

It's recommended to do a hard reset after installing Windows 10. It makes it a bit better. Have you done that?

It is highly recommended but to be honest, it was never worth it for me. I also have a Lumia 520 and have tried every build of Windows 10 on it and non of them were stable enough. As for rolling back to 8.1, sometimes you have to keep trying. It works eventually.
