Lumia 520 Music icon won't play
The music player on my Lumia 520 is grayed out on the home screen. I cannot get it to play the app. When I swipe to the right, the icon is there, but nothing happens. The app does not play at all. I tried a soft and hard reset to no avail. I also tried removing my SD card.
I do not know when this started. I'm not sure if it started after my Win 8.1 upgrade,
Any suggestions?
