Why is my Lumia 730 completely dead?

my lumia 730 is completely dead

my lumia 730 is completely dead....tried hard reset, soft reset everything...nothing worked...also tried in Nokia care..they told the board has to be replaced since the reason could not be found...it costs 7k INR...what could be the reason?? please suggest a solution...it is only 3 months old phone

You still should have warranty on it so why should you pay?
