Nokia 1020 will no longer sync to my Outlook email or calendar
I think this problem may be due to Windows 8.1 update. For the last week, my phone won't sync to my Outlook account, although it continues to sync perfectly to my 2 AOL accounts. I am getting error code 80072EDF. I want to avoid a hard reset. The phone has also frozen a couple of times, which I have fixed using soft reset which restores the phone to a date in May 2014, which I have then corrected date and time manually. Can you help, please?.
