Why is my Nokia Lumia 520 not connecting to the store and not letting me download apps?

Well, I've been trying to downloads some apps on my Lumia 520. When I tap "buy" and they "buy" again, I get this message saying "Can't connect. We're having trouble connecting to the Store at the moment. Try again in a little while." So, I waited and waited and nothing was changing so something is obviously wrong.

I've looked through other people's questions and followed instructions on them like checking Data connection, checking region, language time etc. I've also tried doing that thing where you change your region, restart your phone, change you region back to the real region, restarting and looking back at the app store. Again I get the same message.

Someone please help because it's really frustrating. :)
 
Do you get an error code or only the message. Does this only happen with apps you want to buy or also with free apps. How do you want to pay for the apps. By credit card, gift shop card, carrier billing and if so did you sett them up correct. Is it possible that you are to young to buy these apps..?
 
I got same problem. Earlier I bought some apps but now I can't. Everything is set right.
I have Lumia 925
 
1 Do you get a failure code?
2 How do you pay?
3 If you pay with a credit card is the information, in your ms account, still correct.
4 Did you change your region after you bought your last app.
5 Is your Ms account synced
6 Is date and time correct for your location.
