Why is my wifi having a problem connecting to my hotspot and other hotspots?

wifi is getting problem connecting to mhotspot and other hotspots

i have used lumia recovery tool to get rid of error 8018830f. now my lumian520 is getting problem in connecting to hotspots like connectify me and mhotspot. if anyone help me!!
