Password Padlock data gone after transfer

I had a HTC 8x and used Password Padlock as my password manager. I had probably 50 entries in the app. My phone died. I bought a new HTC 8x, used the SIM card from the old phone. Downloaded the Password Padlock app but my old data is not there. Anybody have an idea how I can get my data back???

I looked up the app for more details. It has a backup feature to OneDrive. But not sure if it is automatic or manual backup. So you might check your OneDrive. If it never did a backup you are probably out of luck because it appears it stores the passwords locally unless they are backed up. If you still have your old phone it could be possible to get the data off of it. But that could prove tricky.
