Why is Verizon so bad at this??

Why is Verizon so bad @ releasing Windows Phone updates? I've sent them countless tweets and emails and they don't even respond to you! It sounds like all the other carriers have already released WP8.1 and Verizon doesn't even let customers know if they're close to releasing or anything!!!

Actually only ATT have released updates for their Lumia phones in the US. No other device or carrier has released anything. Pathetic, I agree.
