Why is xbox music app not able to show any music?

Hi.
I have a Lumia 625 which was working fine until recently, the xbox music app stop showing the songs on my phone. I'm able to play them using Nokia MixRadio, but on Xbox music, it says that there is no music in my phone and asks me to connect the phone to my PC. And because of that, I'm unable to transfer any songs over bluetooth or e-mail.
Could anyone help me out with this?

Soft Reset Solves it
Hold Volume Down + Power Key for 10-15 secs
or if the songs are in SD re-insert it!
