Why isn't Cortana in India even with Denim?

Cortana NOT IN INDIA even with DENIM!

I'm using Lumia 625 and 2 days ago it was updated to Denim. Previously I was using Cortana US.
But now even after changing all the settings to India, Bing search is showing up instead of Cortana Alpha!

Change Speech to English (UK). Settings --> Speech. All other settings India.
