Why isn't my Lumia 1020 display turning on

I've tried all ways to reset the phone. I've tried the holding the power button and the volume. I've used the method with the camera button, the the power button, and volume button.

I know the OS is running cause of the sound of the screen lock lifting.

Also the lights on the bottom of the screen (back arrow, windows home button, and search) is lit.

Looks like a hardware issue. Bring it to the shop.
