Why isn't my Lumia 950 getting updates?

Lumia 950 not getting updates

I'm stuck on OS 10.0.10586.107, firmware 01078.00017.15454.29031.
Signed up for Windows Insider - first Slow (month ago) then Fast (last night). Still no current updates. I check the Phone Update in Setting multiple times per day, with the charging cable attached. No updates. How do i get there from here?

you said you are on insiders. open the insiders app join production build in it. restart the device and check for update. if this doesn't work use windows device recovery tool to go back to official release windows 10 version. and then check for updates.

Production under Windows Insider only has Stop Insider Preview Builds. Is this what I'm going for? I've reset my phone twice and have done hard resets. Not sure how to proceed from here.
