Why isn't my Nokia Lumia 530, getting service in some areas?

Hello, I have a Nokia Lumia 530

For sometime now I've been getting no service in some of areas. i.e. I have no service in my room or some places in school. I'm wondering if it's just because I need a new phone or something on my phone I can change. Please help

There are various reasons why your service could be poor. 99% of the time it will be the carrier you're with. If you're in a building there is always a possibility of interference from something.

Check to make sure you have your settings correct.

Settings -> Cellular + SIM -> SIM Settings
