Why isn't my Nokia Lumia 620 synchronising music from iTunes?

Nokia Lumia 620 not synchronising music from itunes

I have been trying to sync music from my library to my phone. whenever I chose an artist I get a list of titles the windows phone app on my Mac tells me that it can't do so. There are/were some 'protected' files in my iTunes library which I have now converted (DRM removed) but the list of music title not synced is way bigger ...

Any idea what's going on here?

Sorry not sure on what to do

Try chatting to the windows phone support team
They have a good online chat service
