I can, so probably there was a glitch on your device during the update.
Sometimes however you have to try a few times and then it works.
Or see if a soft reset or hard reset fixes it or roll back and try the install again.
But as always no guarantee it will work.
But please use the feedback app to inform Microsoft about your problem.
And don't forget " Don't do the crime if you can not do the time"
