Why isn't there a guide (sub)forum for Windows (8.x)?

Okay, so I've noticed two things:
1. WPCentral has a forum for how to do some stuff on Windows Phone (8).
2. Windows 8 is arguably much more complicated to get around than Windows Phone 8.

Wait, let's make that three things.

3. WPCentral technically encompasses most things Microsoft now.

So, the question remains. Should there be a guides forum for Windows (8.x)?
