Windows Maps Not Working after Upgrading from WP 8.1 to W10

I signed up for Windows Insider installations and the next day I was prompted to proceed with a Maintenance Upgrade. Essentially it was my Windows 10 upgrade process. The upgrade went smoothly but for some reason Windows Maps is not working. This appears to be affecting the HERE application as well.

Any suggestions on what I can do?
