Why my fingers have a tingly sensation since I purchased my phone?

Fingers "tingly"

My fingertips have a "tingly" sensation feeling ever since I have bought this phone. I feel the sensation even when I am not using the phone. I don't have a case for this phone-maybe if I get one, this will stop? Any recommendations for which case to buy? Thanks!

After I posted this, I did a google search, and found lots of links on this subject-radiation-scary!
