When i want to install Viber app my devise saying that installed but i couldn't find it in apps. and some times it says downloading is pending. please i need your urgent help.

I would suggest doing a soft reset by holding volume down + power buttons at the same time until your phone turns off. Then try going to your list of apps to see if it is there. If not, try redownloading it but stop all other downloads first.
