Why My Lumia 720 stucks with "SetOfflineMemoryDumpCapability failed. 0xc0000225" ?

I am facing a repeated problem in my Lumia 720. "SetOfflineMemoryDumpCapability failed. 0xc0000225" This is 4th time am facing since i bought. I tried to update my phone, the process completed and stuck up while restarts.
NOTE:
I tried soft & hard reset
Tried removing memory card
I always keep my charger plugged while doing software update

Resolution: Took the device to service center and restored back with no root cause identified. Spent 400 rs every time.

I hate windows Lumia now. I wont recommend for my friends.

It is a bad boot sector. Only thing that can fix is a re-flash using Recovery Tools or WPRT. If they don't solve the problem for good, you should try warranty replacement.
