Why won't my 635 battery change?

635 battery wont change

So I was at work last week my 635 got a few drops of water on it so stripped dried it.. Everything was ok and last Friday I went to charge it and it shows the charging symbol but it is not charging. The only way I can change my battery it by putting in my wife's phone. So the battery is ok. Can anyone help

Looks like your phone needs a visit to the service center.

So I have taken my phone to the shop they put it on there charger and still showing the charging symbol put not charging the battery they told me to go home back all my stuff up and do a master reset iv just done that and the problem is the same. Does anyone know what's going on. Plz help

Did you tell them that you already performed a master reset?
