Why won't my Lumia 1020 turn on (not able to soft/hard reset, NSRT does not detect the phone)?

-when charging will light up windows logo for 4 seconds.after that no respond again..
-any solution to fix it?urgent

One of the hardware parts is fried.. You could look into changing the battery, but that doesn't have to be the culprit. It could also be the motherboard. In any case the problem isn't software so the solutions you tried won't have any impact
