My Nokia Lumia 625 Won't Start Up!

My Lumia 625 was working fine then just went dead, the battery was over 60%, I've tried a soft reset and a hard reset, I've kept it on charge via the wall charger over night 8+ hours, I've tried charging it through my desktop computer and lap top for over 6+ hours and still nothing is working.
I've had this phone for over a year, the first time it went dead was after I had it for about 3 months, took it in and they told me it needed an upgrade!
My phone boots up to the "Nokia" word, flashes for about awhile, than shows the battery icon with "one" red bar, than switches off - dead, kaput!
I'm at my wits end, because I've tried everything possible!!
Can anyone help me? I'm not usually on here, so please email me at regan@sigimages.co.zw

First thing, edit you post to remove your email address. You don't want it out there for some nefarious person to ge able to use.

Second, it sounds like your battery has gone bad. If the repair facility is close by, have them check and replace.

If this isn't possible, you may have to buy a replacement. It sounds like you have tried everything I would have had you try.

Good luck and let us know what you decided or had to do to solve your issue.

Aximtreo, thanks for your response and advise - can you buy a replacement battery for the Lumia 625? Looking at mine, the battery seems to be "locked in"
