Why won't my Nokia Lumia 720 start up?

Nokia Lumia 720 was on charger but critical low battery then won't start up

Phone was on charger overnight but at 5am altered critical low battery after being only disconnected from charge for 30mins. Shutdown phone to restart it, however phone won't start up again. Tried Soft reset (volume down + Power) tried hard reset and tried different lumia charger to reboot still no response.

Has anyone else has this issue or know how to fix it?

We've tried the charger in different points, plus tried another lumia charger again in different point. Also tried usb to computer still nothing.
