Why won't my phone send texts that have contact details attached?

Whenever I try to send a text with an attachment eg contact details - it refuses to send. I figure there must be a setting for it somewhere. Any help out there??

You need to configure your MMS.

Do a web search for "<carrier name> mms settings" and save the page or copy down the values.

On your phone go to Settings > cellular + SIM > SIM settings > add MMS APN > make sure the values match those found in your search.

Or check the website of your provider for the settings.
