Why won't my screen unlock even after putting the correct password?

why my sceen wont unlock even after putting the correct password

i have Nokia 1520 just i don't know some how my phone doesn't unlock itself after putting the correct password nothing show and u cant delete.other button like camera or volume or start button or to see notification all work but screen wont unlock.i am using win 10 preview

This is a know issue in W10 TP
I fear only a hard reset or rolling back to wp8.1 can solve this.
