Why won't the battery charge?

Hi,! I bought Nokia lumia 900 in the USA about 15 months ago...now there are breaks in the wall charger . Where can I get an original replacement charger. I traveled to Lome to buy the USB connector to the charger. but whenever I connect the cable to the charger, it doesn't respond at all. When I connect the USB to the PC to charge, the phone doesn't respond...I am confused and doesn't know what to do. I need your help badly., Thanks, Charles Ghana.

If the cable is Factory spec and it doesn't charge off USB, then the charging port on your phone might be bad...
