Why won't the Netflix app open on my Surface RT?

why won't the netflix app open on my surface rt

the Netflix app has opened on my surface in the past, but I won't now. it just says loading then takes me back to my home screen. how do I fix this? I've tried uninstalling the app then installing it and get the same results.

did you try uninstalling, then rebooting the system, then reinstalling?

there's a glitch where if you uninstall and then reinstall right away, it doesn't work. the alternative to rebooting is to uninstall, wait a few minutes for it to clear, then reinstall. but it's faster to just reboot
