why .xap files are not installed in my Lumia 640xl

In my windows 10 mobile the .xap files which I download from browser are not installing for example I download xaphandler and other app they can't install what can I do

In the past they could be installed. This is no longer true. All apps have to be installed from the store on the phone.

Not really, you can still sideload apps by using the developer option.

To sideload .xap files, use WP8.0 SDK, or WP8.0 SDK lite, or WP8.1 SDK, or WP8.1 SDK lite, or WPPT or WPV XAP Deployer.
