Wi-Fi disconnects slower after Lumia Black update

After I updated to Lumia Black, I've noticed that it takes approximately 5 seconds more to turn off Wi-Fi than before.
Has anyone faced something like that?

Yup, I have seen that on my 920. But recently upgraded to 1520, which is must faster.
